I have this device, I used it to mirror 1tb HDD to 1tb SSD and I also did a 360gb HDD to 500gb SSD. One HDD was MS OS boot and the other was MAC OS boot.
I don't think the price is all that great,...

This dock is awful... corrupted my data on 4 different drives. Works initially, only to make the drives unreadable a day or so later.

Given reviews that mention corruption on both source and target drives, I'd be inclined to find a solution with better reviews.
At least check that the PS is 3A and not 2A.
