This type of software is no longer necessary. Windows Defender + an occasional Malwarebytes scan is all you need.

Malwarebytes is all you really need for a Mac. Having worked as a technician I recommend against WebRoot and find it causes more issues than it solves. It frequently slows down devices.

Webroot is probably the worst anti-virus on MacOS. And their phone app looks like something from 10 years ago.

The price is now $24.99. I have been using Webroot for years. It is cloud-based and very light on resources. It also can be disabled completely for troubleshooting and other purposes.
