Maybe because its in S mode? First thing I did was take it out of S mode. To restrictive in S mode IMO..

Correct. None ever. Mine is fully updated and on S mode too. I rarely use this laptop thanks to iPad. Only when needed to be productive.

That's interesting. Only when computer is off, no indicator light to show charging. It's almost like they didn't intend to have it charged by the C port. Thanks for the info, I had given up on it...

Nope. Just plug in the USB C cable with power delivery and let it charged. No orange lit or anything. It works only when the computer is off. Idk why. Maybe low PD?

I am able to get this laptop charged via USB C. I believe the power watt needs to be 60 but don't quote me on this. The power indicator light may not show orange when using USB C but it did get it...

I upgraded the RAM in mine to 16GB. Mine has been running great the last year and a half. I haven't had any issues at all, no BSOD. The battery life is not good, but I use mine as a desktop...
