Is it possible? Perhaps. But having seen brick building with a variety of ages, I personally would not advise it. 800+ pieces take some time to put together...likely much longer than the attention...

Got the Pikachu and the set of multiple little ones for my son, and was unimpressed with the quality compared to Lego. He enjoyed them, but he olcouldn't do the large Pikachu without help.
