There are a few on YouTube. I think Hardware Unboxed did one as well as Jarrod's Tech. The problem supposedly is too few vents under the laptop, this was done to pull air across all components.

I have the gateway and you will see same performance in gaming in both laptops but expect better performance in everything else with the ryzen 7 on the hp.

Not true, I just weighed my HP Omen 15 from Best buy the other day The laptop itself is around 4 lb 10.3 oz, I'd say still light for a 15 incher
