I pulled the trigger earlier. If it's at least comparable to my 14mm Yongnuo I'll sell that off.

I bought this lens a year ago and love it for the price. My only complaints: - It locks up my shutter when I’m using live view mode on my 6d. Weird annoying communication issue or something....

I've spent some time looking for a wide-angle lens for landscaping and astrophotography. From tons of posts I've read, everyone is complaining about coma and glare this lens suffers and suggesting...

$529!? NO WAY! Not even with $1400 free $$$ coming soon! I bought a Sigma 55-250 and Canon 10-18 and had $$$ left over for a Beatles Box Set of all their albums for $26 more!

Great piece of glass at a good price. If I hadn't picked up a grey market Tamron 15-30 VC when I switched from crop to FF I'd be all over this. The only thing I miss about my crop Canon body is my...

The hell? According to this I'm right. You're wrong and the three down-votes shows me how basic half the users on this site are. Go ahead Slick Dealers. Buy this lens and get a nice case of you are...

I used this for real estate photography. Amazing ultra wide on FF. I ended up selling because once I started real estate video, it was too heavy on the best Gimbals.

Ive tried some yongnuo and had mixed luck with them..theyre cheap enough to try for sure and a bargain for the $. One of mine had to be reconnected intermittently to autofocus.

You're getting downvoted because you don't provide a specific alternative or examples. You just make the assertion that 18mm is generally sharper than 16mm. That may be true for theoretical lenses...

If you swapped your Canon 14mm for this Tokina you'd gain the focus range, but also gain weight and lose sharpness. That canon 14mm is expensive though. I understand your temptation. I...

Man, you guys have developmental problems? I obviously mean if you don't plan to always use this lens at 16mm then get a lens that's sharper at 18mm wide open (as an example since its an easy to find...

This lens has been hovering around $600 on Amazon (at least the Canon version). If I hadn't picked up a 14mm 2.8 prime I'd probably jump on this. Tempted to get it anyway and sell the 14mm. 14mm is...

I have an 18-35 (on full frame F4 and D610). It has its uses indoor but I still rarely use it. The short end of a 28-70 or a 35 is usually sufficient. No i am not saying it's not useful but if on...

This is a great lens for the price. I’ve owned the last version for almost 10 years now. PQ is very good but main drawbacks are: 1) size and weight 2) no filter thread 3) focusing can hunt a little...

This is pretty tempting...getting a Canon equivalent on the wide end is pretty damn pricey, especially on the RF mount although that one goes to 15mm. Both Canons go to 35 also, but this price is...

The screenshots you attached are for a different lens... Generally, as you stop down, images get sharper until you get to the diffraction point.

This is a pretty broad statement. I don't think you can back this up. According to this you are wrong.
