I'm 6'1". For me, adjusted to its highest position, it's the perfect height for a typical (30" tall) desk. In fact, the height seems pretty much the same as other desk chairs I own.

I still can’t figure out how to sit on the chair without the lumbar not being a pain. I’ve adjusted where the seat back is positioned, where I sit, etc.
