I wouldn't put to much stock into what online reviewers say. A lot of them get free products and exclusive access at Samsung events so they have an incentive to not bash the product.

Heads up, Samsung removed both MicroSD and MST( for contactless payment) in 21 series besides Headphone jack that was gone in 20 series. Also missing in the package are power brick and headphone.
