Probably a really stupid question, but what do you recommend for bean storage with that many? I've read sealed at room temp out of light. I've read fridge storage. Freezer storage.

Just bought this at Costco last night. Taste is okay, nothing special but I don't detect any meaningful amount of caffeine in it :-(
