March Madness. HD has over 2700 of these kits. Guess they want to keep their warehouse full.

Quick search shows 10 inch sliding was $139. I got it with the Ridgid stand with wheels and I love the combo.

I have every one of these tools- all great. I think the price isn’t that great though. You can piece this together with separate sets and do much better and get a better variety of tools.

It is, unless you have the Dewalt Makita or Bosch. Those, in cordless, are great. HOWEVER... you are talking big $$$ for those saws. I do like the 7¼ SCMS that are being made. Just easy to have...

What purpose does one even have for a cordless miter saw? Even using it at a jobsite without power, I'd imagine you'd have a generator. Dealing with batteries on a miter saw sounds like a nightmare.

Would have thought HD would have offered the Ryobi PBT01B 18V 7¼" Sliding Miter Saw (which can still do a 2x10) in this kit rather than a corded model, to keep the concept of all cordless in the kit.

Could easily flip the drill and circular saw for around $200 and keep the miter saw, only paying $80 for the saw.
