Maybe try going back to the store to see if they can reprint the receipt? Mine always gives me a paper receipt when picking up an online order, and I have to sign their copy of the receipt.

Use klasse aio and sealant glaze. Wash well, clay, aio, 2 to 6 sg. I do 4 coats of sg and it lasts 1 yr where i live.
