the le creuset also doesn't come by default with an oven safe knob up to 500, you have to buy that extra. I have one and I like it but at this price I would buy it.

Confirmed.... $44.99 and made in China. There are only two places left that enamel cast iron and the other in Europe is much more expensive. Even enameled Lodge is manufactured in China.
