I bought this tall arm for the upper monitor, above my main monitor. It was in sale for under $40 when I bought it. Seems fine. Very tall. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SKGXMNV

Is it possible to stack one monitor on top of the other (27") horizontally with this stand? Is the arm long enough and strong enough?
