The first 5GHz stream can only be set to channel 36 through 48. The second stream channel can only be set to 149 through 165. Here's a picture of my settings page.

if you dont have any devices that use Wifi 6 and dont plan to buy new devices with wifi 6 then you wont see much benefit in your situation having the Netgear router.
