Please check the cc if it’s charged. They can’t charge you something wasn’t shipped OR you didn’t receive. The email I received said they will charge once it’s shipped.

I think it's dead. Online chat said it is cancelled even though the online track says shipped. I also received the a waiting to ship email update after the order cancel email.
