Sounds like this is a common problem with this model... many of the Costco reviews mention the nozzle stops working properly after 4-5 months.

Same thing happened to me, actually it happened to both units I purchased last time from Costco.
Don’t bother sending it to Bio Bidet for a fix, they will require you pay for your own shipping...

I bought this model last time on sale at Costco. It worked OK for 5 months then the nozzle cannot move all the way out.
Also the air dryer is not warm at all with the highest temperature setting....
