Yeah, I figured it out as well yesterday! I put the rubber feet on after noticing the hole; the instructions are really sh#t. I wonder why they decided to send me a new stand? Strange!

I contacted DeWalt but they were no help. I eventually figured out that I was trying to use the wrong holes. The right holes are in the plastic handles. I didn't need to remove anything. The bolts...

Yes, I had to remove the rubber legs but it still wasn't right. I contacted Dewalt and said it's the wrong stand and they would send me the correct one.

Is it just me or are the bolts that are supposed to attach the table saw to the stand are too thick (or the holes too small)?

Which miter saw? If you want the metaboHPT 10 inch slider you can het a really good deal from bigskytool for sometimes around 250 recon. It is a nice saw but there are some annoying things about it.

As someone else mentioned, it isn't just the blade size, it's the ratio of blade size to table size for portable saws. In order for a saw to be portable, you're somewhat limited on the size of the...

It's some new UL thing. It's not strictly about blade size, but a ratio of blade size to table surface area. A 10" saw would need to have a physically larger table area than previously. Easier to...

Why is an 8.25” blade safer? It still seems plenty big enough to lose a finger, which is the main risk for table saws.

Damnit, missed it. I don't know too much about these but I assumed this would've been good for cutting for my engineered wood floor install DIY project. Hopefully it comes back in stock.

More and more companies will be shifting away from the 10" blades last I read. The 8.25" is the new portable table saw size due to safety. I have this one and it's a great saw. I don't care...

If you know exactly what you need and this saw suits it, then go for it. Otherwise buy a 10 inch one.

Oh wow this actually came back at this price with 25 left as of my posting. It was $598 the last time I looked at it with 100+ remaining.

If it's setup like the 10" then there is a space for the both riving knives on the same slot. There's a knob below the table on the right, towards the back.

Nice deal! If you want a 8 1/4" saw that takes a dado you'll have to go with the Milwaukee, but otherwise those Dewalts are great little saws.

You mount the table saw to mounting brackets, and then the mounting brackets have a squeeze trigger that clips them off/onto the saw rails. About as easy as it could feasibly be to detach from the...
