Sounds like your problem is Firefox. Also, don’t turn off page file, it’s required for crash reports and some programs won’t work properly without it enabled

DDR5 is out in 2 months with the new Intel chipset. AMD should be sometime next year so it's a relatively good time to upgrade unless you want to wait on 4000 series GPUs.
