They are probably referring to Nature's Miracle. That what I use and it works well. For bad stains you have to leave a wet rag over it to keep it moist.

This product only eliminates the odor smell. It doesn’t remove any stains according to the chart. I’d recommend one that does both, as well as one that has enzymes.

I find Odormute enzyme very effective and is the most economical for urine stains. There is no added fragrance to hide the odors. If you can still smell the stain after one treatment, just repeat....
