Same, but the replacement code says "This code cannot be redeemed. You may have already redeemed it. To check, log in to Disney+ account" I've not redeemed it so I'm not sure what is going on....

I emailed support (salesforcedisneyoffersupport...) on Dec 19 about error message (code cannot be redeemed) and today I received an response with the new redeem code and it worked.
