I have the GS308T which is the Smart Managed Pro version of this GS308E. You'll have to spend 3 times as much money for the 8-port pro or 5 times as much for the 16-port plus to get these features.

Gs308e does not support LAG. Other common tasks are identical such as vlan (tagging) and some limited options.
