I've had issues in the past with Cosair refurbs from Amazon. One time the left speaker didn't work at all out of the box. The other, volume was uneven after a week.

Had one and it was just one giant glitchy mess with the software. Sounded way worse than my old HyperX as well. Returned it within a week or two. Given these are refurbs, I would be even more wary.

again, I wish I was that lucky. I might re-install it again just to see if its fixed now. considering they never fixed the mic after years I'm not hopeful.

Have had the yellow one from just before the pandemic. The simulated surround ain’t that bad. Would like to find some good Earpads replacements, looks like pleats of cheap ones with bad reviews.

i'm not that lucky, sadly. i used to be ok, but then they did an update, and I kept getting BSOD's. It's a known problem, but didnt seem like one they cared to fix kinda like the microphone issue it...
