Just another data point for those interested. My house is 3k sqft and I put this in the center. We get great wireless coverage all around the house and around the outside perimeter. No dead zones.

I got one. Covers 3,000 ft home just fine. Huge improvement over the Nighthawk R7900P (also Costco) both in terms of speed and coverage. About 30 devices connected, including a home server. No issues...

When I tested this unit I had over 55 clients (wired and wireless combined). I did experience client drops and reconnects, particular on Ring doorbell (not a Ring anomaly or signal issue).
