Nope, if you have used higher resolution screen, you will find different easily. 17" shout have been 1600p resolution as on 16" legion 5 pro.

you can undervolt stock 11gen intel if you wish they are made for it. I have no issues with heat on my laptop personally.

1080p on a 17" screen is more than enough. You won't notice between qhd and fhd in a laptop screen. 27" is where it starts to make a difference.
