A factory reset should do it. Pull up from the bottom and search for “settings” then open it and go to “device options” and “reset to factory defaults”.

Thumps up on Fire Toolbox, it makes the process so easy now. If you tried it years ago, there was a bit more to do each step manually. Fire Toolbox takes the guess work out of it.
