With $5 in Ace Rewards and BF CB these were almost free.

I bought this one for 10 on HD while walking their aisle. It was dead but I found several last week....

Is this a good one? Seeing so many kinds of Dewalt sets, greatly appreciate it if someone can suggest one set which has most of the bits for home needs. Thank you!

Looks like Ace used the wrong word. The actual description is screwdriving set not screwdriver set.

These bits are not designed for impact driver. You will need an impact set.

I suppose it's a 1/4" bit holder?

Do these bits have the notch to work with the 1/4" impact driver from Home Depot I just picked up? or will the adapter be needed? ...

Yeah, Ikea uses posidrive. And the posidrive bits like to strip philips screws. I always wonder why these sets never have hex sizes for driving machine screws.

Choosing the correct size bit makes a big difference. But even the right bit can still be ruined, if you don't let up on the trigger, as the screw gets tightened. Adjusting the torgue can help.

Nice price. This case alone is worth $5 to me. I have a security bit set in the same case. They are way more durable and useful than the older “book” style cases.

Got a friend that chews through Philips head bits like candy. That’s why I don’t loan him any of mine. This should last him at least 1 IKEA build. 👍

Corrected. Posting this because I got it at the same price last year. Given the current inflation, I'd appreicate the price stays the same.
