I just ordered it direct from Dell for $279, $20 cheaper and also 12% cash back from Raku10 (you know the site, SD is blocking the URL). It comes out to about $267 after taxes and the cash back.

No experience here, but you'd be paying twice what a mid-level 55" 4k TV goes for these days. You could get a 55"+ OLED or 80" LCD tv for the same price.
