Having both, I agree that this is a significant improvement over the standard belt system wtih the guides that comes with the Ken Onion. I highly recommend it.

I already had the standard Ken Onion and didn't like the blade guides much. I like this belt system a lot more. Highly recommended if you are a knife geek!
