I’ve only ordered from this place just recently. There was initially a delay but then I got my package. It was the classic Porsche and came in an external Lego box (looked to be from the factory)....

I purchased 2 sets from zavvi and iwoot, both times the package was damaged upon delivery. Poorly packaged, and horrific customer service.

Zavvi has a really bad customer service. Try to avoid them as much as you can. Ordered X-mas gift from them with delivery date as 12/5-12/9 and they are telling me if I don't get the product by 12/28...
