It’s not just caffeine. This is EAAS which are similar but not the same as BCAAS. Your body can use these much better than BCAAS and are used for muscle recovery. Here’s a short article explaining....

But for someone who doesn’t drink caffeine, 1 scoop is enough or 2 or 3. Going to 6 scoops is like chugging 6 sodas, not good imo.
