Whenever I take vitamins, I feel more energetic and no longer feel like I need an afternoon nap. I'm not sure what it is my body is lacking, but it works for me. Been taking one every other day....

Dead.
Would have preferred this but Costco $20 for 500 is cheaper and comes with free shipping. Only $1 extra for non-members so it's not bad.

Thanks.

For reference, a 500 pill bottle from Kirkland, which has more vitamins, etc., is slightly cheaper.
edit: I see others have mentioned this.

Naturemade, one a day and centrum are better than other brands. Cheaper brands may not have the concentration of multivitamins as advertised. Balanced diet is a achievable but not for everyone....

If you're male, you don't want the Iron in the Kirkland multi

There's one main reason: The Kirkland multi is not formulated specifically for Men, and as such contains 100% DV Iron. A men's formulated vitamin will never have iron.

Just make sure you have food in your stomach. These things will mess you up without it.

Be careful with these things. Mineral overdose is a thing. I was getting muscle see spasms that ceased when I stopped taking these.

One important fact that people are missing is that the soil on which vegetables & fruits grow has been depleted, so what we eat don't contain the same amount of nutrients as it was a few decades ago....

In my 20s and early 30s, I never felt a difference taking vitamins. Now that I'm a little older, vitamins make a difference for me. YMMV as everyone's body and diet is different.
