There has not been a CN collection that included Memento, to my knowledge. maybe an older DVD collection, but not a Blu-ray or 4k collection.

Received mine today. Cases are a bit beat up and dented and the cover of a few movies are in Italian like on the dark knight but movie plays well and automatically in English. I think pretty fast...

You must have gotten bad discs. You should have contacted Amazon. They would have sent you replacements. I have the exact set. All the discs work fine.
