Typical push mower is 4-6 hp. 12-17 would be riding mower range.

Not sure what the horse power is but its just a typical push mower briggs engine.( maybe 12-17hp if I had to guess. and I mow mine weekly, sometimes 6 times a month if we get lots of rain.

This says the frame is metal so it might be heavier than the plastic ones like the Kobalt 80V one I just bought. That is quite light.

This one is all metal and the motor is pretty big. I definitely wouldn't want to be dragging it in and out of a basement with steps.

Yes generally 40V is enough for a mower. Remember the rider electric mowers are generally 12V. So it is more dependent on how the motor is built than the voltage.

Why would anyone want to buy GW? They start out with 40v and 80v. They change the shape of the 40v so old 40v no longer compatible. Then they start a 60v line. Now a 48v line. Probably will be...

Voltage correlates to power, amps correlate to runtime. I have a 60v, not sure on MaH. It’s enough to cut wet grass that has been growing for 2 weeks but I usually need to mow twice as the blade...
