Search on ebay for the __ volt ebike battery, and look for pictures that match this bike, they use fairly common components.

I see this company went belly up.. and today my battery is dead. and when i plug it into the charger. the light on the charger stay green........... it doesnt turn red......Can some1 help me out...

I still see the battery for sale on Wallke which I suspect is all I may ever need. The rest of the components are pretty standard and share across their line (shimano gear set, controller, etc)....

Wallke doesn't have it, either. Neither does their site on Amazon. I don't see their store on AliExpress anymore, either (though you can find the batteries).
I don't think we'll see this bike again...

As others have stated, Wallke appears to be continuing to make this bike and parts so while warranty coverage may now be an issue from Gen3, parts shouldn’t be a problem.
By the way, very good...

That's the inside of the battery. A new battery is even easier to get and replace than a new controller.
