So if the herbicide/pesticide was gmo then it was sprayed onto non gmo wheat so technically that wheat is considered gmo (assuming the wheat absorbs it)?

Yes, they can spray herbicides and pesticides on it. Those chemicals do not Modify the wheat Genetically. :peace:

Bruh, rancid flour tastes..sour. Sourdough bread tastes the same with rancid flour, at least in the early stages of spoilage.

That is enriched bleached flour. OP's post is for unbleached. I get heartburn from bleached flour. Ideally, I'd prefer unbleached and unenriched flour like King Arthur though.

I wouldn’t. Flour contains fat, which becomes rancid. Even in the freezer it won’t last that long.

Gmo has nothing to do with having roundup or not. Take a non gmo grain, soak it in roundup for a month and it still is non gmo because the original grain was not genetically modified.
