Happy A9 user here for the last year. Honestly my only complaint is that it does not have the 3rd party accessory support (yet), but it's pretty nice out of the box. Some of the comments in here are...

I don't recommend this vacuum. It's physically fragile with small parts that will break very easily. My dock latch and dirt canister lid broke within a month.

Same for me with accessory storage. I actually quite love this vacuum, but want better storage for the total care kit accessories. There are lots of 3rd party accessory hangers for the Dyson vacs,...

Got Dyson and LG Zero. Dyson all the way. The only pro is the two batteries from LG.

My only complaint is storing the accessories. I got the A9 from Costco so warranty issues are nonexistent. If you have hardwood floors, the fluffy head is a must and works great.

I wish they had something to nicely organize the accessories. I got the deal last time with the Total Care Kit and have no place to neatly store all of the extra pieces so I have to hide them away,...

I bought this refurbished last year and here are my comments. Some bad: the suction is a bit weak but it still sucks decent. If you have tough dirt stuck on thick carpet, it may not perform well. But...

If you run it on turbo mode (boosted suction) the manual states the battery lasts about 6 minutes. Much longer on normal mode. Given the type of battery being "refurbished" should not make a...

The LG's vacuums power is the same across all their models except the Kompressor. Difference between models are what accessories they come with. This isn't considered a base model either as it comes...

Have both the Dyson v11 and a9. The Dyson has.. vaguely higher suctioning power (purely anecdotal) and debris removal makes more sense than the LG but otherwise I prefer the LG. The attachments are...

Couldn't you use the warranty to get new batteries? There's a suspicious amount of LG hate and Dyson love in this thread, but I have seen vacuum threads where people hate Dyson by love their LG,...

So true. Anyone else is just fooling themselves into thinking they’ve got a more superior product for cheaper or a “Dyson” alternative. They just can’t admit it when they are wrong

Stay with Dyson. After a year of using this terrible vacuum was enough for me to trash it and go and buy the more expensive Dyson. It runs HOT! It has NO suction. The filtration is TERRIBLE....
