You know what's great about micro USB? Most everyone has a good 50 spare cables. Also you don't benefit from extra current when charging these.

Agree, unless you need them to work in below freezing temps, then a lithium battery is a ton better. I kinda split the diff and go with 18650 based lights, so I can change them when the cell poops...
