I would say 1 day is plenty to do rides and such but if you want to check out the different shops and exhibits more than just a "look & go" you may want a 2nd day. Just depends on how you pace...

legoland is made for the littles and should have plenty for the 4year old to do. Some things will be a little too big for them though depending on how tall he/she is.

I doubt you can use Groupon AND get free kids. But if you have multiple adults use Groupon for all but one and get the up to 5 free kids with one adult ticket at reg price

I was able to use a 30% off Groupon coupon with the San Diego Zoo (code was MISSYOU but YMMV on these Groupon codes), so yes, same price as zoo website but with the coupon it's a great deal.
