I own both, the only significant difference is that the elite USA has a straight (not contoured) middle handle, and adder weight locking mechanism is located on top.

I’m on the fence between these and Pros. I really like the fact that you can get the curl and straight bar attachment for them. But, I don’t ever see that model on sale.

In my opinion, the main advantage of the SelectTechs are the dial selectors but even that is a matter of preference. I feel that the workout experience is better with the Powerblock.
