For returns? I purchase enough I have never had that issue. I've even been refunded and told to keep the item. If a product becomes $30 cheaper after I ordered it, dang right I'm returning it....

Not a fan of fire emblem but did try the demo as I enjoyed both Hyrule warriors . This game was pretty fun. Would pull the trigger if it was $20

Easier for them to track your # of returns. If it exceeds a certain threshold (for ANY reason) then they will warn and/or ban the account.
