Finally found one good soul who accepted the PM at Target. The GS item was only available for store pick up at a store 30 miles away, or I would have picked up from GS itself.

Successful price match at Target. They had trouble seeing it as it shows up as 89.99 until you click on it on the GS website, sent a direct link and it helped
