Be careful with this. My cats aren't fat - well at least the 1yr old isn't - and the spaces this creates are too small for her. This is best for kitten-sized cats. After a while, they outgrow it.

These are always wobbly even for 12lb cats, wobble increases over time, but they can deal.... For 25lb cat may need to reinforce somehow eventually

Excellent, been waiting on one of these for my cat. Picked up the multi-platform tree. Edit: changed my mind and went with the dual condo. It's taller and looks nicer to me.
