I guess you mean these wheel's pegs wiggle freely inside the holes they fit into? These casters have pegs. They go into holes in the chair swivel base. So you might mean you use filler for the holes...

I also bought a mat from IKEA for about $25, because 1 chair has non-standard coasters. The mat are more expensive, and its size limit how far the chair can go.

these wheels definitely worth the money if your chair rolls on wood floors. The cheap black hard plastics wheels on chairs will damage your valuable wood floor.
