I glanced at it but doesn't look like it. It's designed for an air bed so no probably not waterproof
I use a 2 bed sheets/protectors. So that might be another idea.

I just got mine. Yes you can but probably only when it's cold.
I wouldn't even call this a matress pad. It's a thick bed sheet that has a "thicker" microfiber "top".
I can see it getting hot...

Concur. I had the same experience when I slept as a guest at a relatives house.... comfy, but the aerobed was a heat sink. Picked one of these up for my own guest bed so nobody has to go thru that....

This would be more attractive than the sleeping bag I put on top to keep from having all my body heat sapped by the mattress, but worry it still be too thin if it’s just fleece and a bit of padding
