This has a breathability/waterproof rating of 15K mm and Gore Tex is 28k mm. Still good but definitely not high end gear. In hard rain or high intensity activities, that will make a big difference.

It's not as breathable as other fabrics, even Gore Tex. But they are supposedly slightly breathable. You'll still trap moisture inside...in waterproof clothing, there are compromises. I'm dubious...

The size chart seems weird. The sleeve length is almost the same between x-large and a medium. This is way too big and way too long for a medium.
