There are multiple capacities in that link which support higher wattage. Look around there are plenty other choices. I've been using an LFP in my UPS for years

Read the specs. The one you linked has over current protection that kicks in at 120 watts. It wouldn't be able to support a 300+ watt load.

You're sadly misinformed. LFP can discharge up to 5C continuous without significant damage. For a 20Ah battery, that's 100A current. At 12v that's 1200W max continuous. 20Ah LFP batteries are tiny...
