I got this to enable using wireless ear phones while playing an electronic drum kit. The delay makes it impossible to play. Otherwise, this works fine for most uses.

Yes, I regularly use it with my Airpods Pro to use the IFE on planes, never experienced any issues. Battery life is solid, I can usually get two movies down before it needs a charge.
