It actually states depreciated value as solely determine by cps. Small claims not possible as there is an arbitration clause.

Reconsider getting this TV if you watch TV in daylight. The brightness doesn’t cut it versus other top OLEDs.

Does their warranty paper work actually state they they are only liable for a depreciated value? They get to just set the terms? I would have sued them in small calms if possible

Cps is horrible. My tv needed warranty repair they offered half price - saying the tv is 1.1 years old so 2 years rounded up - thus 60% depreciations since oled is new and very unreliable tech. ...

I bought the A80CJ (extremely similar to this model) refurbished from BuyDig last year around this time after doing some research and was/am very happy with the purchase. These are beautiful sets....
