Have one installed for the last 5 years, love it so far. I might get a false positive every couple of months about abnormal water usage but will take it for the benefits it provides and only takes a...

Something like this but this is zwave: https://www.amazon.com/Z-Wave-Titan-Actuator-Compatible-SmartThings/dp/B09G82YM3B/ It can't leak because it's not directly connected to the water supply.

I have one and it’s been running well for the past 2 years. It’s saved me twice. Once from a toilet that kept running and another time when a line to my sprinklers leaked.

This came with our house. Maybe someday it will avoid a big water leak but so far it's only annoyed us by being too "smart". Our showers don't follow a regular pattern so this thing is constantly...

I love this thing. Have been using it for more than a year now and it already saved me when an outdoor hose timer burst.

Probably 3/4” as the standard. Look for your main shutoff and use that. Going to likely be 1/2” 3/4” or 1”

Take a short string (or even a zip tie or twistie tie) and wrap it around the pipe. Hold the string where it intersects and mark it. Place it next to a ruler and record that measurement in inches....

The Flo by Moen is obviously better (but harder to install but more expensive), but check if your water company is letting you get a Flume 2 at discount. I managed to get one for $35. My friend got...

Almost certainly 3/4". 1" and greater would be overkill in a normal home. Even if the source is 1" or 1.25", it will be reduced for distribution through the home. Our old house, this was done even...
