I have 3 of these. After 5 years of use, they’re all still going strong and I like them more than the more pricey Toto Washlets in my new house. Highly recommend

Why is this getting so many thumbs up even though every other comment says the product is pretty bad with worse customer service? What am I missing?

You NEED a bidet, but these are absolute GARBAGE. I had one for less than two years and the seat itself got brittle and cracked in several places. Their warranty support is non-existent in my...

These are no good I have one in the basement that doesn't even need electricty that gives me an enema if I aim my butt right and I love it. This one is like a little spray bottle.

Best comment I've ever read on Amazon... "Bidets are great and I’ll never go back. Wiping with toilet paper reminds me of trying to get peanut butter off shag carpet with sandpaper!"

Have had 2 of these installed for over 3 years ... The nozzles have held up well ... I had to replace one unit because the cover developed a crack in it but Costco easily replaced it

DING DING DING That's exactly it. The company knows this and is selling it anyways. I plan on writing a strong letter to costco corporate. This is borderline fraud on the part of Biobidet. We had...

I also had the same problem but was able to jankily plastic weld it back together using a soldering iron. That faulty soft-close mechanism seems like it for planned obsolescence.

Question for fellow owners - does the warm water normally run out pretty quickly? Mine starts nice and warm for about 10-15 seconds, then turns to tap temperature. Is that normal?

Mine fell to pieces after 2 years, first the outer seat began cracking near the hinge, then the water tank developed a crack and began leaking. Replaced it with a brondell, the pressure isn't as high...

Not sure if this is a good deal or not but I recently made the jump from a $20 cold water bidet to a premium plug in bidet and I can happily say that the extra money was worth the upgrade.

I have a 6800, 6800u, a Moen “5-Series”, and a Novita BH-93. The 6800 was first in 2016 (open box from Woot!) The 6800u and Moen (both on sale from Coscto) were around 2020. The Novita is about...
